Robyn Anne Piper: Week 61 of 208

This week's creation was a batch of cupcakes for my brother's birthday, a vegan version of those ubiquitous snack cakes from back-in-the-day:



This was my first-ever attempt at a chocolate ganache, which is what I used to "frost" the cupcakes. (Technically, they were dipped, not frosted). It was WAY easier than I expected! I will definitely make it again.
