Robyn Anne Piper: Week 60 of 208

Another weaving project completed! This was a little one-- just a small mat for Mike's side table-- but it still took some time. I'm learning lots about how different yarns behave. This viscose year turns out to be kinda "slippery", which I think contributed to the piece being slightly out of square. Again though, every "not quite what I intended" is a learning experience, so on we go!

I'm happy with how the finished piece picks up the colors in our rug. I even laid it down on the floor for this pic, so you can see how well they match. 😉
